Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini Adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Return on Equity (ROE), firm size, dan board of directors terhadap carbon emission disclosure pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2022-2023. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dari laporan tahunan serta laporan keberlanjutan. Sampel ditentukan melalui purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ROE tidak berpengaruh terhadap carbon emission disclosure, sedangkan firm size dan board of directors berpengaruh positif. Temuan ini mendukung teori legitimasi dan teori pemangku kepentingan. Top of Form
