PENERAPAN JUST-IN-TIME DAN LEAN MANUFACTURING UNTUK OPTIMALISASI PRODUKSI WIFI VOUCHER

Permintaan terhadap WiFi voucher meningkat seiring kebutuhan akses internet yang cepat dan fleksibel. Namun, Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) penyedia layanan ini masih menghadapi permasalahan seperti ketidakakuratan stok, waktu tunggu antar proses, dan potensi pemborosan. Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas penerapan Just-In-Time (JIT) dan Lean Manufacturing dalam meningkatkan efisiensi produksi WiFi voucher. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus pada UMKM di Kecamatan Tinambung, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola permasalahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa JIT mampu menjaga stabilitas proses dengan waktu penyelesaian yang konsisten selama 7 hari meskipun volume produksi meningkat. Produk cacat tetap rendah (rata-rata 11–12 unit), dan tidak terjadi penumpukan persediaan. Sementara itu, analisis Lean mengungkapkan beberapa pemborosan, terutama ketidakakuratan pencatatan stok dan waktu tunggu antar proses. Keluhan pelanggan yang rata-rata sebanyak 7 laporan per bulan juga tidak seluruhnya terkait cacat produksi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi JIT dan Lean dapat meningkatkan kelancaran aliran produksi sekaligus mengurangi pemborosan. JIT efektif menjaga ritme produksi, sedangkan Lean diperlukan untuk memperbaiki akurasi stok dan kualitas proses secara keseluruhan.
