This research investigates the combined and individual effects of employee training programs and motivation on organizational performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) at PT. PTM. Employing a quantitative approach, the study utilizes descriptive and confirmatory analyses. Data were gathered from a survey involving 65 employees, with questionnaires serving as the primary data collection tool. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression and the Sobel test to evaluate mediation effects. Findings reveal that training and development jointly influence employee performance, accounting for 43.3% of the variance. Individually, training demonstrates a positive effect of 0.397, whereas motivation shows a slightly lower effect of 0.385. Moreover, training and motivation collectively have a significant influence on employee productivity, which in turn enhances company KPIs, with a contribution rate of 57.5%. When assessed separately, training contributes 0.549, while motivation contributes 0.277. Employee performance itself has a substantial direct impact on company KPIs, contributing 59.6%. The Sobel test results confirm that both training and motivation significantly affect KPIs indirectly through their influence on employee performance. These results underscore the importance of implementing well-structured and relevant training and motivation programs to effectively enhance organizational performance and achieve key performance targets.
